Bots and alerts
These 8 tools tell you about new flats as soon as they appear.

Bots and alerts usually cost money. Prices range from €0.77 (Immobot on a yearly plan) to €4.61 (Homeboy) a week. 3 tools also have a free version, with limits: WohnAlert only tells you about new listings around 2 hours later, MietWatch sends you up to 3 matches a day, and Homeboy only searches for flats with a rent of up to €1,000.
You write on WhatsApp what you are looking for and get matching listings. It sends new ones by WhatsApp or email.
